Yoga helps children develop body awareness, focus, balance, flexibility, and a sense of calm.

Our preschool yoga activities are playful, gentle, and age-appropriate. Children practice simple poses, breathing exercises, movement games, singing, and counting activities in a fun and supportive environment.

We also invite parents to participate in special yoga activities with their children, creating meaningful shared experiences and strengthening the connection between school and family.

Summer at Ballston Children’s Center is filled with creativity, outdoor play, special activities, and fun.

Each day features playful and engaging activities such as kite flying, origami, cooking, jewelry making, circus activities, water play, gardening, fitness, and creative projects.

Our summer program also includes special guest entertainers such as magicians, musicians, puppeteers, dancers, clowns, and singers.

Nutritious food helps children stay energized, focused, and ready to learn throughout the day.

Breakfast, morning snack, and afternoon snack are included in tuition and feature wholesome, child-friendly options such as fresh fruit, dairy, whole grains, and milk.

Hot lunches are available through a catering service for an additional cost, or families may provide a nutritious lunch from home.

During school breaks, teacher workdays, and other non-weather-related school closures, Ballston Children’s Center may provide a safe, structured environment for older siblings and former students.
